Char-grilled tiger prawns with tomato & chilli sauce

Directions
  1. Place the prawns in a large dish and pour over the DOLMIO® Express Spicy Italian Chilli sauce. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan or wok until very hot, drain the prawns from the sauce and cook in batches with the sliced garlic cloves for 1-2 minutes each side, or until they have turned bright pink.
  3. Once all the prawns are cooked, divide into bowls and add the sauce to the frying pan or wok, heat through, add the coriander and pour over the prawns.
  4. Serve immediately.
