Directions
- Place the prawns in a large dish and pour over the DOLMIO® Express Spicy Italian Chilli sauce. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan or wok until very hot, drain the prawns from the sauce and cook in batches with the sliced garlic cloves for 1-2 minutes each side, or until they have turned bright pink.
- Once all the prawns are cooked, divide into bowls and add the sauce to the frying pan or wok, heat through, add the coriander and pour over the prawns.
- Serve immediately.
