Hawaiian sausages with mashed spuds

Directions
  1. Cook the sausages in a fry pan until cooked.
  2. While the sausages are cooking slice the leg ham into large squares, pineapple into wedges
  3. When the sausages are cooked, slice into pieces - around 1 - 1.5cm lengths.
  4. Add the pasta sauce to the fry pan with the sliced sausages.
  5. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, add the ham & pineapple, bring to the boil then
    simmer for 4-5 minutes.

  • 1 jar DOLMIO® Original Bolognese 500g
  • 550g Sausages
  • 2 Large slices of leg ham
  • 1-2 Canned pineapple rings

Mash potato

  • 1kg Potatoes
  • 45g Butter
  • 20ml Milk
  • Seasoning (salt & pepper)
