Directions
- Preheat the oven to Gas 6, 200°C, 400°F. Divide sauce into two separate bowls.
- Cook 150g Uncle Ben's long grain rice (as directed on the packet) and stir in 235g (half) DOLMIO® Express Tomato & Basil, parsley and seasoning.
- Halve 4 red & yellow peppers and roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Spoon the rice filling into the pepper halves and top with a quarter of the goats cheese.
- Place back in the oven and cook for a further 10-15 minutes.
- Heat remaining sauce and serve with the peppers.
