Italian stuffed sweet peppers

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to Gas 6, 200°C, 400°F. Divide sauce into two separate bowls.
  2. Cook 150g Uncle Ben's long grain rice (as directed on the packet) and stir in 235g (half) DOLMIO® Express Tomato & Basil, parsley and seasoning.
  3. Halve 4 red & yellow peppers and roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Spoon the rice filling into the pepper halves and top with a  quarter of the goats cheese.
  5. Place back in the oven and cook for a further 10-15 minutes.
  6. Heat remaining sauce and serve with the peppers.
