Directions
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and cook the turkey mince for 4-5 minutes or until browned. Add the DOLMIO® Bolognese Original sauce and simmer gently for 20 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through.
- Add the spaghetti to boiling water and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until soft and "al dente". Drain well. Serve the DOLMIO® Bolognese Original sauce over the hot spaghetti and top with parsley leaves.
Alternative cooking suggestion To reduce the calorie content of the dish fry the mince turkey in a very hot non-stick frying pan with no oil and pour off any fat when cooked.
Salad days Serve the Bolognese with a large mixed leaf salad dressed with lemon juice and black pepper.
