Directions
- Tear the Ciabatta into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Add the cucumber, the onion, the black olives, the pine kernels, the handful of fresh basil and the DOLMIO® Express Roasted Vegetable sauce and toss ingredients together. Cover with cling film.
- Leave to stand for 20-30 minutes, allowing the flavours to blend, then serve immediately.
