Directions
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan until hot, add the minced beef and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently until the meat is brown on all sides.
- Add the DOLMIO® Bolognese Extra Mushrooms sauce to the minced beef and mix together. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until soft and "al dente". Drain the pasta well and divide between four plates. Top the pasta with the DOLMIO® Bolognese Extra Mushrooms sauce and fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
Alternative cooking suggestion Add a 400g can of drained kidney beans and serve over rice for a simple chilli con carne
Fancy a change? For an alternative use minced chicken or pork and serve with a salad of mozzarella, basil and tomatoes.
