Directions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6. Heat the DOLMIO® Extra Mushrooms sauce in a pan and stir in the spinach, cook until the spinach is wilted. Pour into an ovenproof dish. Season the plaice, roll up and arrange over the spinach mixture.
  2. Pour over the DOLMIO® white sauce, scatter over the Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.

  • 500g jar DOLMIO® Extra Mushrooms
  • 225g/8oz baby spinach leaves
  • 8 plaice fillets, about 100g/4oz each, skinned
  • 1 jar DOLMIO® white sauce for lasagne
  • 75g/3oz Parmesan cheese grated
  • flat leaf parsley to garnish
