Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6. Heat the DOLMIO® Extra Mushrooms sauce in a pan and stir in the spinach, cook until the spinach is wilted. Pour into an ovenproof dish. Season the plaice, roll up and arrange over the spinach mixture.
- Pour over the DOLMIO® white sauce, scatter over the Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.

- 225g/8oz baby spinach leaves
- 8 plaice fillets, about 100g/4oz each, skinned
- 1 jar DOLMIO® white sauce for lasagne
- 75g/3oz Parmesan cheese grated
- flat leaf parsley to garnish
