Directions
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pan of lightly salted boiling water according to the packet instructions.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large saucpean and fry the onion over a low heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Tip in the mussels, prawns and pour over the white wine, bring to the boil, cover and cook shaking the pan occasionally for 3-4 minutes. Discard any mussels that have not opened. Stir in the DOLMIO® Stir In Tomato & Roasted Garlic Sauce and heat through.
- Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Season to taste and serve immediately scattered with fresh chopped parsley.
