Directions
  1. Cook the potatoes for 10-15 minutes adding the halved green beans 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time, then drain.
  2. Add the DOLMIO® Express Tomato & Basil and leave to cool slightly.
  3. Hard-boil the eggs, shell them and cut into quarters.
  4. Place the potato and green bean mixture into a large bowl and gently stir in the black olives, the tuna and anchovies.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with the eggs.
