Directions
- Cook the potatoes for 10-15 minutes adding the halved green beans 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time, then drain.
- Add the DOLMIO® Express Tomato & Basil and leave to cool slightly.
- Hard-boil the eggs, shell them and cut into quarters.
- Place the potato and green bean mixture into a large bowl and gently stir in the black olives, the tuna and anchovies.
- Serve immediately, garnished with the eggs.
