Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C
- Brown the mince in a saucepan/frypan.
- Add the DOLMIO® Chunky Farmhouse Vegetable Pasta sauce, Simmer for 10 minutes with a lid on top of the saucepan/frypan
- Add the breadcrumbs and stir in the Worcestershire sauce
- Peel the potatoes and slice thinly
- Put into a pot filled with cold water, heat until boiling, once boiled - simmer
- Cook the potatoes until tender, Drain the water off the potatoes, mash, add butter, milk, seasoning
- Put the mince into an ovenproof dish
- Place the mash potato over the top of the mince
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes - or until the potato mash has gone brown on top
- Serve the pasta on the plate first with the chicken and pasta sauce on top.
Serve immediately with a green salad |

- 500g Beef Mince
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1kg Potatoes
- 45g Butter
- 20ml Milk
- Seasoning (salt & pepper)
