Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C
  2. Brown the mince in a saucepan/frypan.
  3. Add the DOLMIO® Chunky Farmhouse Vegetable Pasta sauce, Simmer for 10 minutes with a lid on top of the saucepan/frypan
  4. Add the breadcrumbs and stir in the Worcestershire sauce
  5. Peel the potatoes and slice thinly
  6. Put into a pot filled with cold water, heat until boiling, once boiled - simmer
  7. Cook the potatoes until tender, Drain the water off the potatoes, mash, add butter, milk, seasoning
  8. Put the mince into an ovenproof dish
  9. Place the mash potato over the top of the mince
  10. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes - or until the potato mash has gone brown on top
  11. Serve the pasta on the plate first with the chicken and pasta sauce on top.

Serve immediately with a green salad

  • 1 jar DOLMIO® Extra Vegetable Bolognase sauce 500g
  • 500g Beef Mince
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1kg Potatoes
  • 45g Butter
  • 20ml Milk
  • Seasoning (salt & pepper)
