Directions
- Cook the sausages in a fry pan until cooked.
- While the sausages are cooking slice the leg ham into large squares, pineapple into wedges
- When the sausages are cooked, slice into pieces - around 1 - 1.5cm lengths.
- Add the pasta sauce to the fry pan with the sliced sausages.
- Simmer for 1-2 minutes, add the ham & pineapple, bring to the boil then
simmer for 4-5 minutes. |

- 2 Large slices of leg ham
- 1-2 Canned pineapple rings

- 1kg Potatoes
- 45g Butter
- 20ml Milk
- Seasoning (salt & pepper)
