Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
  2. Take a pastry sheet and cut it in half
  3. Spread the pasta sauce over 3/4 of puff pastry sheet
  4. Use some of the Hawaiian pizza ingredients for a fun filling, cut the
    ingredients into small dice
    -1 ring of pineapple cut into wedges
    -40 grams of ham
    -20 grams of cheddar cheese
    - 35 grams of mozzarella
  5. Only use 1/3 of this mix for 1 roll.
  6. Put all the ingredients along the bottom of the sheet.
  7. Roll the pastry, until there is only the pastry part with no sauce.
  8. Use a pastry brush to paint eggwash onto the last part of pastry, roll over to finish
  9. Score the pastry where you want to cut the sausage rolls later.
  10. Finish by brushing with eggwash,
  11. Put the roll onto a baking tray, covered with oven bake paper
  12. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Ingredients
  • 1 jar DOLMIO® Extra Onion and Garlic 500g
  • 1 pkt Puff pastry x3 sheets in pack

Eggwash

  • 1 egg and 50ml milk combined
