Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
- Take a pastry sheet and cut it in half
- Spread the pasta sauce over 3/4 of puff pastry sheet
- Use some of the Hawaiian pizza ingredients for a fun filling, cut the
ingredients into small dice -1 ring of pineapple cut into wedges -40 grams of ham -20 grams of cheddar cheese - 35 grams of mozzarella
- Only use 1/3 of this mix for 1 roll.
- Put all the ingredients along the bottom of the sheet.
- Roll the pastry, until there is only the pastry part with no sauce.
- Use a pastry brush to paint eggwash onto the last part of pastry, roll over to finish
- Score the pastry where you want to cut the sausage rolls later.
- Finish by brushing with eggwash,
- Put the roll onto a baking tray, covered with oven bake paper
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
