Directions
- Mix together the minced beef, onion, parsley, half the DOLMIO® Stir-In Sun-Dried Tomato and freshly ground black pepper. Divide the mixture into eight equal size portions and flatten out into 8 x 4in/10cm patties.
- Lay a slice of mozzarella on half of the patties, cover with the remaining patties and pinch the edges together to seal. Cook under a pre-heated grill for 6-8 minutes on each side.
- Mix the remaining sauce with the mayonnaise and serve with the burgers on a toasted ciabatta roll with crisp green salad leaves, slices of beefsteak tomato and slices of red onion.
