Cheesy tomato burgers

Directions
  1. Mix together the minced beef, onion, parsley, half the DOLMIO® Stir-In Sun-Dried Tomato and freshly ground black pepper. Divide the mixture into eight equal size portions and flatten out into 8 x 4in/10cm patties.
  2. Lay a slice of mozzarella on half of the patties, cover with the remaining patties and pinch the edges together to seal. Cook under a pre-heated grill for 6-8 minutes on each side.
  3. Mix the remaining sauce with the mayonnaise and serve with the burgers on a toasted ciabatta roll with crisp green salad leaves, slices of beefsteak tomato and slices of red onion.

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • A large handful fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 ball soft mozzarella, cut into 4 slices
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
