Directions
- Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. Heat the oil in a large sauce pan or frying pan and stir-fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in the DOLMIO® Stir-In Roasted Vegetable sauce to coat the chicken and remove from the heat.
- Place the lettuce leaves down the centre of each tortilla and spoon over the chicken mixture. Sprinkle over grated cheese. Fold the bottom over and roll the tortilla up to make a pocket.
- Serve immediately.
