Directions
- Cook the egg noodles according to packet instructions and drain.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and stir fry. Add the cashew nuts, stir fry until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in the sugar snap peas, the courgette and the onion and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the noodles and add the pot of DOLMIO® Stir-In Sweet Pepper sauce. Stir well to coat all the ingredients in the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with a sliced spring onion.

- 125g egg noodles
- 15ml olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into thin even strips
- 50g cashew nuts
- 100g sugar snap peas
- 1 small courgette, trimmed and sliced
- 2 salad onions, trimmed and chopped
- 1 salad onion, trimmed and sliced, to garnish
