Sweet pepper & chicken noodles

Directions
  1. Cook the egg noodles according to packet instructions and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and stir fry. Add the cashew nuts, stir fry until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Stir in the sugar snap peas, the courgette and the onion and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the noodles and add the pot of DOLMIO® Stir-In Sweet Pepper  sauce. Stir well to coat all the ingredients in the sauce.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with a sliced spring onion.

  • 150g pot of DOLMIO® Stir-In Sweet Pepper sauce
  • 125g egg noodles
  • 15ml olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into thin even strips
  • 50g cashew nuts
  • 100g sugar snap peas
  • 1 small courgette, trimmed and sliced
  • 2 salad onions, trimmed and chopped
  • 1 salad onion, trimmed and sliced, to garnish
