Terms & Conditions for Dolmio Text 2 Win Prize Draw

1. Promotion open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Mars Food and The Co-operative Group, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on 11.07.08
4. To enter, participants should text either "ITALY" (if the consumer has seen the prize draw advertised on the promotional A5 leaflet or in-store barker) or "SAUCE" (if entering as a result of seeing the advertisement in The Co-operative Travel Magazine) to 83010. All entries go into the same prize draw and have the same chance of winning. Only one entry per mobile phone number. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted. Text entries are charged at your standard network charge. Entrants should ensure that they have the bill payer's permission before sending a text entry.
5. All valid entries will receive a bounce-back text message within 24 hours as confirmation of entry in to the prize draw. The Promoter is responsible for the cost of this entry acknowledgement.
6. There are 3 prizes in total to be won, one first prize of £2,000 worth of The Co-operative Travel vouchers and two runner-up prizes of £1,000 worth of The Co-operative Travel vouchers per prize. The winners will be bound by the terms and conditions imposed by The Co-operative Travel concerning the use of the vouchers. Travel vouchers must be redeemed at participating branches of The Co-operative Travel in full or in part payment for goods and services (other than cash or travel money services) within 2 years of issue. Full voucher terms and conditions are available from The Co-operative Travel.
7. The Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility for any costs incurred by a winner relating to their prize or for the acts or omissions of The Co-operative Travel or any other third party. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature which is suffered as a result of or in connection with redeeming the vouchers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. Each prize is as stated, is non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater.

10. The prize draw will be supervised by an independent person and will take place on 18.07.08. The winners will be the first 3 entries drawn at random from all valid text entries received before the closing date. The first entrant drawn will win the £2,000 vouchers for The Co-operative Travel, with the following 2 entrants drawn each winning £1,000 vouchers.
11. The result of the prize draw is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw by telephone call to the number used to submit the text entry.
13. The winners’ details (names and counties) will be available for six weeks after the draw takes place by sending an SAE to Dolmio BEB, Text 2 Win, LIFE Agency, 35 St Paul’s Square, Birmingham, B3 1QX.
14. Proof of sending a text entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any text entries that fail to be received for any reason whatsoever.
15. By taking part in promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a winner may result in forfeiture of their prize.
16. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (but not otherwise) the Promoter and its agents assume no responsibility for and are not liable for any person whose mobile phone is used to enter without the owner or bill payer's permission. The bill payer is accepted as the entrant and should their mobile number be selected as a winner they will be the sole claimant of the prize.
17. The winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
19. In the event that the Promoter is unable to make contact with a winner within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw that prize and award it to an alternative winner.
20. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
