The 'My Dolmio' range has been developed to deliver a meal for kids that is low in fat and sugar. Based on its nutritional data, the 'My Dolmio' range offers mum a good balanced meal for kids that is considered a 'healthy choice' when 'My Dolmio' pasta and 'My Dolmio' pasta sauces are served and eaten together as a meal.

Yes, each of the three 'My Dolmio' sauce pouches – 'My Dolmio' Meatball Bolognese Sauce, 'My Dolmio' Pizza Flavoured and ‘My Dolmio’ Creamy Tomato - contain one serving of the recommended portions of fruit and vegetables, which we know can be difficult to incorporate into everyday mealtimes. This is in line with the majority of Dolmio tomato based sauces which also contain one serving of the recommended portions of fruit and vegetables.

'My Dolmio' will be supporting the BDA on this years' Weight Wise campaign, which will be focussing on secondary school-aged children and their families with the overarching aim to empower and encourage the next generation to make changes to their dietary and physical activity habits to achieve and/or maintain a healthy body composition.
