If you want to keep your skin looking fresh and youthful, drink plenty of water every day. Have a glass with your meal and take a bottle of water with you whenever you go out.




Here's a handy exercise tip – workout without even knowing it. When you're shopping, walk up the escalator instead of just standing there. It'll keep you fitter and give you even more shopping time!




You can never moisturise too much. Keep hand cream on your desk at work or in the car. Apply throughout the day to keep your hands looking youthful.

If you've been on your feet all day, pamper them with a warm footbath. Add marbles to the bottom of the bowl and run your toes and soles over them for an extra relaxing massage.
